Google measurement

The Google Analytics tag provided by Google Ads loads only after you accept. It measures pages viewed, technical browsing information and advertising results; Google may receive this data and set measurement cookies. Personalized advertising and Google signals are disabled.

The site sends Google no name, email address, telephone number or form content. Page addresses sent contain no entered parameters or fragment. Viewing a page is not reported as a customer enquiry or sale.

You can accept or refuse equally easily and change your choice using the “Google measurement choices” button on every page. The choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. Refusing blocks Google loading; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. This choice is independent of the Matomo statistics below.

What this site collects

The site uses Matomo without cookies and, only with your permission, a Google Analytics tag linked to Google Ads, described below.

The contact form stores nothing on our servers: it prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp or in your email app, and that you choose whether or not to send.

Like any hosting provider, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and proper operation of the service.

Audience measurement

We measure traffic on this site: number of visits, country, referring site, device type, pages viewed and use of the contact links and buttons. To do so we use Matomo, an open-source tool installed on our own hosting. These statistics are not shared with any third party and are not used for advertising or profiling.

This measurement sets no cookies. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored: it is used to work out your country, not to identify you. The content of the contact form is never sent to this tool.

Detailed visit data is deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, nothing is measured. You can also opt out below.

What we do with your messages

The information you send us (name, call center, email, phone) is used only to respond to your request, set up your access and follow up on your account.

It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Data processed in our services

The contact files, records and recordings you process in the CRM belong to you. You are responsible for them; APISNIX hosts and processes them on your behalf, in a space kept separate from other clients’ data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address below. We respond within one month.

The data controller is APISNIX, at the address given in the legal notice. You can also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

For any question about your data, contact: contact@apisnix.com
