Clean your numbers before loading the list.
Drop your file, pick the phone column and what to strip from the front: +1, +33, 0… You get the same file back, ready to load into the CRM.
- CSV, TXT and Excel (.xlsx)
- Only the chosen column changes
- Processed in your browser, nothing is uploaded

Your file stays on your computer: everything is computed in this page.
In three steps
Drop the file
CSV, TXT or Excel .xlsx workbook. The preview shows the first rows straight away.
Set the cleanup
Phone column, number of characters to remove and, if needed, the exact prefix to target.
Download
The cleaned file keeps its format, columns and layout. Check it, then load it.
Why remove the country code?When you load a list into the APISNIX CRM, the country code is handled separately: each number must go in without +1, +33 or a leading 0. 06 12 34 56 78 and +33 6 12 34 56 78 become 612345678; +1 514 555 0123 becomes 5145550123.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file sent anywhere?
No. Reading, cleaning and building the new file all happen in your browser. Nothing is sent to APISNIX or to anyone else.
What happens to the rest of the file?
Only the chosen column changes. The other columns and the title row stay identical; an Excel workbook keeps its sheets, formulas and formatting, a CSV its separator and encoding.
What if some numbers have no country code?
Enter it in “Only if it starts with”: numbers without it are left as they are and counted in the preview.
Are the numbers saved as text?
Yes. In an Excel workbook the whole phone column is written as text: Excel can no longer show it as 6.12E+08 or lose digits. A CSV has no types; if it is reopened in Excel and saved again, Excel may round large numbers once more: load the cleaned CSV as it is.
My file is an .xls or .ods.
Open it in Excel or LibreOffice, save it as .xlsx or CSV, then drop that new version.
